Well, it goes to show they can; Kamala Harris secured the proper amount of Democratic Party delegate votes to become the Democratic nominee. Republicans even tried to throw articles of impeachment on Vice-President Harris, to no avail. Speaking of which, isn’t it strange to see a whole-ass political party use impeachment as a tool for political retribution versus what it’s actually for?
