A typology for a new knowledge community

Some friends asked me about the plan for the Frame for Work community. Now we have a simple typology to frame the community.

Today I made a new typology of concept-related knowledge engagement and selected eight significant relevant activities.

It was based on the Grapsping the Concept model which highlights four thematic areas of knowledge engagement.

For each thematic area, I select two types of activities.

The THEORY Area

1. Theory-building
2. Theoretical Integration

The END Area

3. Frame for Research
4. Methodological Empathy

The MEANS Area

5. Knowledge Curation
6. Programming Intervention

The PRACTICE Area

7. Modeling the Project
8. Thematic Exploration

I have written articles and books (drafts) about some activities. See the list below:

#1 Knowledge Engagement: The Concept of Mindset and Theoretical Integration

#2 Knowledge Engagement: The Spirit of Unification and Knowledge Curation

#3 Lifesystem: Modeling Ice Skating and Other Social Practices
