For me, the first baby step on the Buddhist meditation path was being mindful of the breath, that portable meditation object you’ll never misplace.

Having realized that “these Buddhists” knew about my light experience, and had known about it all along, I shed my Scio ties and long-standing allegiance to Our Prince and looked Buddha-way.
