It is almost October of 2018. The weather is getting colder again . Weather is changing. The heat of the summer sun is slowly fading away. The sun is moving further in the orbit and its heat is no longer powerful enough through out the day. As we are saying bye to the warm summer, we need to get ready for the flu season. As soon as the weather gets colder, those Influenza viruses get stronger. They can survive outside human body longer as the weather is not warm enough to dissolve their outer membrane quickly before they find another victim — spreading through the air, sitting and waiting on surfaces, transferring through touches. It is a jackpot once they find a weak victim — a body that is weak enough to kill these foreign bodies quickly prior they take over the person with cold, fever, sore throat, runny nose, headache and body ache.

Rest assured, it is not easy to escape these pesky cold viruses. They will find their way into your body. They are everywhere during this season. But you can build the defense against them by making your body’s immune system stronger, staying alert and fully committed during the season to stay healthy.
