Going through life, it is often tempting to try to hold onto things (both literally & figuratively) and even to resist what is. This can be exhausting and quite counter-productive. I promise you’ll never win when it comes to resisting what is. You’ll just get worn out eventually.

That’s why the Letting Go lesson is worth learning. To let go of how you THOUGHT things should be and instead to acknowledge it all and welcome it in: loss, grief, unanswered questions, guilt, love, compassion, sadness, whatever is there.

Exploring this concept, you are invited to get curious about the Letting Go practice. What happens when you hold onto something longer than you need it or it needs you? What have you noticed happens when you are able to let these things go — whether it be a thing, relationship, a practice, routine, habit, thought, or belief?

Journey Questions
