Then something interesting happened.

I took the first step.

My desperate old self fought for dominance, throwing excuses and diversions in my path every day.

Looking back, it was a struggle hard-won.

All I had to do was begin.

1. Drink filtered water

2. Add vegetables to your diet

3. Read product labels

4. Pre-portion your snacks

5. Move more often

Change doesn’t have to be hard, especially when it’s made by choice.

The key is to simply start!
