Motivation isn’t always external. Sometimes you have to create it intrinsically. My wife’s climb towards success in business taught me just that.

Allison and I are both teachers, by career and by nature. Recently, she’s decided to step beside the traditional public school environment to help people learn in different avenues. She’s the definition of ‘driven’ on a whole ‘nother level.
