Art galleries are great places for getting lost in imagination and experiencing an artistic interpretation of people and places. What about the attentiveness of a parking meter or the lines of telephone wires? I’ve learned to see art wherever I live. Beauty, in any form, enhances our lives.

Art is all around us. A sunset settling while we’re driving along the Interstate can move us to tears over missing a loved one or prompt us to evaluate our blessings.

A song can take us back to the aroma of a grassy field in high school.

Seeing a creative display at the grocery store can be an art form. A salad with its colors and promised tastes is yet another work that can capture our attention and pique our imagination.

Art is every day.
