
How I became more consistent at meditation

For years, I struggled with being consistent at meditation.
There would be streaks when I meditated daily for a few weeks. Eventually, I would find myself somehow meditating less and less. Then, I would stop meditating for some reason. A few months later, I would give it another go. The cycle would repeat itself. A vicious cycle of trying and failing.
