How Writing Helped Me Sleep Better At Night

I was never a writer.
I have never kept a physical or online journal. My reflections were done at night while laying on the bed. My mind would always involuntarily replay the events that happened that day as I try to fall asleep.
Thus, I am always kept awake at night for at least an hour before I eventually fall asleep.
