Leadership. We seem to obsess about it these days, particularly in the places and forums where managers, leaders and execs tend to gather; How do we do it? Who does it best? What actually is it and where can we find more of it?

Maybe it’s pretty simple.

Maybe it’s just about starting — having an idea, then being interested enough in it to take action, or get something moving or make something happen.

Maybe we can all do that. Maybe we should.
