One of Those Days Part 2

Once again, one of those days has befallen me.

The kind of day where nothing has really gone right. For a variety of reasons, I’ve checked a grand total of one thing of my work to-do list today. Outside work life has gotten in the way, mostly. Calls to be made that can only be made during the work day. You know how it goes.

Plus, relatively minor (fortunately) family stuff. Family illnesses and the like. Things that are not major enough to keep you home from work, but just enough of a thing to keep you distracted.

Plus, I once again have accidentally entered the wrong password into my work computer enough times to lock me out. A sound safety feature to be sure, but an annoyance when its good intentions take 20 minutes out of my day.

But there is always a good side. It’s a beautiful fall day outside my window. The air is crisp and clear, and leaves dance and swirl through the light breeze. It would take quite a bit to get me completely down on a day like this. And I can step out into it pretty much whenever I like. How fortunate am I?
