Rising Up or Stepping Down: A Woman’s Professional Dilemma

I had a pretty interesting experience at work today. Now, for the sake of privacy, I try to stay away from discussing work-related matters online, and this is sort of borderline between work and personal life. Today, I was part of a round table discussion between all the women in my company with regards to the issues that we feel we experience working in the engineering/technology business; in other words, a very male-dominated world.
