I’ve personally read this a million times. We all have.

It isn’t until you experience it that you really understand the power of your own thoughts.

You already own the ultimate weapon to execute your tasks in the best manner possible, yielding the best results.

Be it going to the gym, studying for a test, executing a business strategy or any other daily task, you have the ability to dictate the trajectory of successful completion of it.

It’s the way you start that task.

The mindset you start a task with highly dictates how you’ll finish it.

When you convince yourself you’re gonna have an insane session at the gym, guess what you get? An insane session at the gym.

And it works every damn time.

That’s a little bit of a catch though — to make it work for you every time. Priming your mind for a task well done takes mental strength, and that’s surely not in unlimited supply.

You get exhausted manufacturing so much mental strength.

It takes heaps of mental force to ignite those positivity boosters in your mind, specially when you’re tired, sad, bored, or on the brink of giving up.

But once you do it, you see why it’s important. You start getting addicted to it. It becomes a part of your attitude towards not just tasks, but people. That’s how some people are always giving off such a positive vibe — because that’s what their mindset is like.

When you start doing a task with a positive and effortful mindset, your brain automatically syncs every part of you to make the actual task meet the positive expectation of it.

That’s where the magic happens. That’s the zone where the high achievers achieve their high yielding goals.

That’s why you read so much about how starting your day right can make the whole day better.

Start your day with doing something you love to do, put in the effort, and you’ll notice a big difference in how your day goes by. Good things just happen to you.

I have personally experienced a glimpse of it and I want to make it into a routine. It’s hard, but I’m trying.

It’s nothing less than a weird high. You function on another level if you just start functioning with a constructive mindset.

Forget about every external force you can’t control that’ll affect your task, and focus on the one thing you can control — your thoughts.
