I had been living a life of denial for approximately twenty-six years.

Even in the crib, I was living in fear. I can vaguely remember lying in my crib as an infant and being scared of everything. While it has never been proven, I’m pretty sure I was dealing with extreme anxiety from the moment I left the safety of the womb.
