Three Rules to live by, for those like me who have a hard time not letting small things bother them.

These three rules were suggested to me by a friend after a dinner conversation about the peculiarities of my personality type.

  1. Know what can be fixed and what can not be fixed. Fix the things that you can fix, eliminate the things that can not be fixed.
  2. Things can only bother you as much as they matter. Learn what truly matters to you.
  3. If it doesn’t directly affect you, it is not your business.
