Using a Rubik’s Cube for Mindfulness and Destressing

I use a Rubik’s cube throughout the day for only 5 minutes at a time to relax and refresh my mind.

When most people think about mindfulness, they immediately jump to the idea of having to do yoga or sitting down and meditating for an hour every day.
