A plateau in your life is guaranteed. I want to show you why the obstacle of the plateau is a necessary evil.

ONE

I am a blogger and started my career in 2014. This wasn’t the first time I’d ever written anything. Life wasn’t always full of thumbs up, comments of praise and emails offering to pay me money for knowledge that I thought everyone already knew.

The first time I wrote something for the hell of it was as a young whippersnapper. On Saturdays, I would sit in the lounge room and write with a pencil. Every story started with the phrase “Once upon a time.” Maybe I was high on Winnie The Pooh, or maybe I didn’t know any better — and still don’t. By primary school, I’d stopped writing these short stories in the lounge room. The idea of chicks, The X Files and my brothers pen pal, who was on that TV show Home Improvement, seemed more interesting. My story writing stopped. My career as a six-year-old writer who could have potentially written better stories than JK…
