Thich Nhat Hanh, my Zen Master, teaches us that if we have one eye and can see the sky, then we have the conditions for happiness. I have learned how correct that is. There is something about the sky. If you look up you automatically feel better. Down is always associated with low mood and up with good, there is a reason for this, it directly affects our mood.
