Why I Needed a Personal Rebuilding Year
Before I begin, for those not familiar with the term, a rebuilding year is a sports term. In Major League Baseball it means trading away high-priced star players to get young prospects. In the NBA it means tanking for a year in hopes of getting a high draft pick. In the NFL it doesn’t really exist (see Cleveland Browns).
