Why Is It So Difficult To Quit A Job Now?

Some dream of becoming a CEO or have their own business. Not me. My parents were business owners, and I knew how much it cost in our relationship as a family or how it affected me. For this reason, I never saw myself as a leader or in charge of my own business.
I try to avoid this path, but I am always involved with it. Planning, organizing, caring, I do these things without noticing.
One of the points for the success of any business, in my opinion, is your relationship with your employees. If they trust and respect you, you can count on them to make the company grow. Otherwise, they can lead you to failure. It is so fundamental and straightforward.
My question is, in real situations can’t it be applied? A good relationship between the company with their internal client could avoid so much stress, legal fights and much more for both sides. Anyone can be a…
