Season’s Greetings everyone,

Tell the truth.

Telling the truth can be difficult for most people to do.

Why is it so hard for people to tell the truth?

That is the question we all must ask ourselves.

Telling the truth is not the easy road most of us would like to be in. For some, it can be difficult depending on a question that someone has asked you. Others would speak the truth through conviction, while some hide them to save face.

Let’s face it.

We all have experience not telling the truth during our lifetime.

It can be as simple as doing chores or misplacing an item that belonged to our friends and loved ones in the home.

Simply put, lying comes from our DNA.

There is nothing we can run from by not telling the truth. If it is towards our loved ones, we should be very ashamed of ourselves. The simple fact of not telling the truth can either hurt others’ feelings or cause someone’s life at stake.

There is a bible verse in Proverbs 12:19 that says, “Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.”

As the new year arrives, let us practice telling the truth and not succumb to the lies that will creep our thoughts. Although this process can be hard to overcome, it will take daily practice to become honest and trustworthy.

If you agree with this message, make sure to comment so we can support each other.

Have a safe and blessed new year!

XoXo,

Synopsis

“For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare — poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a U.S. Armed Forces icon and one of the world’s top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events, inspiring Outside magazine to name him “The Fittest (Real) Man in America.”
