Embracing the life I was meant to live

As a woman born and raised in the conservative south, I was bred to be a die-hard American woman. I married up the way my momma raised me, and now I have a life people could only dream of. I’m taking a look at my schedule — here’s what a week in my life looks like. 🇺🇸

Monday

Mondays begin with a long, hot shower. I have platinum-blonde hair down to my ultra-slim waistline, and it’s a lot of upkeep. I grab my $200 bottle of purple toning shampoo and head to my ‘hair day’ bathroom.

We have nine bathrooms in our house, and hubby said I could have one all to myself for hair washing days — you know, so I don’t ruin our marble shower in the master bath.

After my shower, I pop on my $1400 USA-handmade slippers, my husband bought them on a business trip a few weeks ago.

He’s always buying me things when he goes on business. He even bought a lingerie set on that trip, but the tags fell off in transit, and half of it was missing from his baggage; plus it wasn’t even my size — it’s totally okay though! I’ll have him order me…
