Noreaga Challenges Joe Budden To A Cigarette Smoking Contest

I had never before heard the phrase “the cigarette community.” But like so much of what comes out of the mouth of veteren Queens rapper Noreaga, I find it to be an irresistible mix of tough-guy ridiculousness, bizarro-world genius and huggable humanity.
