Can’t Miss Promo’s for 2017
The 2017 promotions schedule is finally here! With our tenth season waiting on the horizon, we have a plethora of giveaways lined up for fans of all ages. The giveaways aren’t the only thing to look forward to, as always we have several weekly promotions and a couple of BIG ones up our sleeves for the 2017 campaign.
We kick off the 2017 season at home, and on opening night (April 6th) you can get your hands on our tenth-anniversary fleece blanket. Our opening night fleece blanket giveaway has become a bit of a staple over the years, and it could come in handy during the later stages of the game when it’s a little chilly.
Other notable tenth-anniversary giveaways on tap for this season are; a pint glass with the Pigs anniversary logo (July 13th), a Christmas ornament featuring our anniversary logo (July 24th), and a tenth-anniversary youth replica jersey (Aug. 12th).
Our tenth-anniversary items are just the beginning of our lineup of great giveaways this season. One of our “must have” items we will be giving out at the gates is a 6-pack cooler bag on Saturday, July 1st. This giveaway comes just in time for summer picnics and beach trips.
Several other giveaways to look out for this season are; a bacon apron to be given out on Bacon and Eggs night (April 22), bring the kids out for our youth cap giveaway (May 24th), and come out early for our yearly Piggy Bank giveaway (July 16th).
When it comes to these bobbleheads we can’t just highlight one! We have four great bobblehead giveaways on deck for the 2017 season, and one might just be the bobblehead of the year. These four are a must have for any IronPigs fan, just be sure to get to the park early!
With a new season comes new specialty jerseys. We have several jerseys that will be worn for one game this season before being auctioned off to you, the fans! As always we will have our annual Miracle League jersey during the night of our Miracle League Game (April 8th). Making a return this season is MiLB’s promotion of the year from 2016, “Salute to Philadelphia Night” (June 29th) this jersey is TBA.
Be sure to get caught in our web this summer when we wear our superhero themed jerseys on Saturday, June 17th. All of our jersey auctions benefit IronPigs Charities and the sponsor associated with that day’s game. All jersey auction winners will get a chance to meet the player or coach whose jersey they won. These lucky fans will have their game-worn jersey autographed on the field at the conclusion of the game, and will get a chance to have their photo taken with the player or coach.
All of our great weekly promotions are back for the 2017 season! Monday nights are still $1 Dog Nights, excluding any holidays. Wednesday’s are still all about the ladies with tables around the concourse geared towards our female fans. Get to the stadium early on Thursday nights get for our happy hour, featuring $1 hot dogs and $2 domestic drafts from 5–7 p.m. in the plaza. This season we put a twist on our Friday Night Fireworks, and Saturday’s starting in May, with a musical theme for each display!
