5 Telltale Signs That Kamala Harris Is Black

It has already started. The complaint is that the bi-racial candidate, Kamala Devi Harris, is not Black enough to be counted as an American Black woman because she is both an Asian-American and an African American. Harris acknowledges that her mom tried to infuse her daughters with both cultures.
1. Kamala Harris’s parents are Indian and Jamaican. Her mom was Indian, and her dad is Jamaican. Her mom died from cancer in 2009. Harris is both an Asian-American and an African-American.
I don’t believe any of these people claiming Jamaicans are not Black enough have ever been to Jamaica.
When we took our kids to Jamaica for vacations, one thing we marveled at was that we continually saw Black people we thought we knew. The Jamaican Black folks look like us — the American Black folk.
Europeans colonized Jamaica — the Spanish. The Spanish called the island Santiago. The Spanish made the indigenous people extinct. To work the fields and take care of their households, the Spanish imported many Africans as slaves.
