Given a choice, I’d eat chicken, pork, and beef, with random fish thrown in.

My neighbors feed me — in Panama, that’s a big deal. I’m eating things I haven’t eaten in decades. Rice, potatos, plantains, spaghetti — starches or nightshade species, and some don’t agree with me.

What, me complain? Not a chance, not when four or five households are bringing me hot meals every day. I’m just lucky I don’t get fat like everybody around me does if they’re over 30, from the same foods.

This was a 100 word challenge. Ironically I’d already had my say at 50 words.

Once again I give thanks to Jonica Bradley:

Who else? Oh, me. My Twitter thingie is @FearlessFast Do you think less of me for saying “thingie?” Or me saying potatos for potatoes?
