“You should carry a gun,” this guy at my gym told the ladies when one of them mentioned this weird guy she saw in the parking lot.
“We don't call 911 (with a gun image).” This is a famous decorative sign here in Texas. I’ve seen it hanging on people's fences or as stickers on their cars.
UVALDE …left me speechless. Furious is an understatement.

But the gun lobbyists don’t have hearts, they only have deep pockets and thick wallets.

I think about Maite a lot, more than a lot. I cannot forget those green converse shoes and many more details.
I think about all the girls here in America. The ones who died from this insane gun violence, and the ones who are still living, growing, studying, and struggling.
