Entitlement is your name

Control is your game

Everything must take place

in your frame

of time and manner.

I say, “have the kids home at 4”

you bring them home at noon,

not because you wanted to

bring them home early, but

to show me I am not the boss.

And you are the only one

Entitled to make all the rules

the roadmap is yours

and you don’t communicate

the destination

for any of your mystery tours

It’s much more powerful,

and don’t forget masculine

to be the all-knowing

Master of everything

and have the world

Following blindly

Thank you, Jonica Bradley for a wonderful prompt! Thank you, TBI for hosting and creating the thrifty words prompts! I love to challenge myself to say something in few words.

The Bad Influence

I am a single mother of four children, one stepchild, and one adopted daughter. I love living in a circus. They are definitely all my monkeys.
