Awakening the past
As I looked up toward the staircase, I noticed the old priestess and her court. Each attendant dressed in the same attire, chanting in unison to the goddess in hushed tones, looking to be under the influence of the “goddess’s wine”. The priestess herself dressed in a gold tunic with an elaborate headdress, resembling that of the goddess. She was the earthly embodiment of our temple patron.
