Marching Forward

Thrifty Words Challenge #50 — March

March is a good month to prepare for spring. You will need grass seed, topsoil, flower or vegetable seeds, and spring plants if available at your nursery. Keep plants or potted seeds in a warm, sunny spot for planting as soon as the weather warms, unless you have year-round warm weather. March makes me think of butterflies and of the flowers I’ll plant.

March is also the time to get to the gym, play those exercise dvds, or move to music. For the New Year, buy a new piece of equipment. That’s my plan for March — grow plants and exercise.
