Nothing As a Day Later

The sadness will pass.
Joy will reign.
I can’t lose hope.
After all, it is the last one to die.
I need to have strength.
I don’t deal with uncertainty very well.
Anxiety punishes me.
I have to hold on tight.
Deal with the automatic thoughts.
Nothing as a day later.
Another day, another battle.
And everything is fine!
I need to focus on the here and now.
Concentrate on the present moment.
Now, I must wait.
Preferably without suffering with this.
Wish me luck!
I’ll need it.
