“Re-Public Spiders” by Sylvain Paquette

Crawling all over the wired news. Infesting every carpet meeting and hunting whichever vulnerable prey, the spiders of political body-snatchers stroll along time and rock-n-roll poetics.

Surely, the RE-Public has gone mad. Scared of ghostly animals, freaked out by absurd clowns, captured by local priests.

Yet, the only remaining rebels slide off the charts, skip through scrutiny, persist beyond lyrics, escape the blasphemous control status-quo even seek everyone’s attention by degrees rather than ideological concepts.

If any interpreted songs (or subtle mind revolutions) are stolen to generate social awareness, how could they still be silenced?
