Hi —

I am writing a book on mental health/fitness aimed at developers, coders, engineers etc.

From personal experience, being able to manage your own mental health while dealing with complex projects which have high mental demands is so important.

Before I start writing, I want to hear from as many people as possible on this subject.

Can you help?

Are you an engineer / developer who has trouble managing stress and demands of your job with your own wellbeing? Have you found a way to manage this through techniques, exercise, apps or support and can you share what you’ve learnt?

Or are you a team or company leader who has coached or given support to your team to cope with the demands? I’d love to understand how the issues surfaced, what you did to help and any long term changes you were able to put in place.

Lastly, I am interested if you have either a personal or professional view on how managing your mental wellbeing can improve your personal happiness as well as your professional effectiveness, without one being sacrificed for the other.

If any of this chimes with you, fill in this short form or message me through twitter (@danfrost).

Thanks for helping out.
