This based my experience implementing an ERP with the help of a reputed partner . The partner is one of the top notch consulting firms in IT & is renowned worldwide.

It’s just as it happens so often sales team promises you the moon. However experience doesn’t turn out as you would expect from a Tier 1 consulting firm.

The quality of deliverables often do not meet expectations, documentation is not up to the mark & overall consultants lack the business acumen and skills to articulate a problem statement & convert them into opportunities even though the scope was vetted out numerous times.

Did you have better experiences than what I’ve had? I would love to hear how did you handle them?
