One of our grounding inspirations has been the book “Deep Work” by Cal Newport — a classic productivity book that explores how to remove distractions, produce “deep work” states and channel yourself into the mode of focus.

There’s a handful of ways that Bento can help you focus in:

🎯 One-Task Mode

Focusing solely on one task at a time is fundamental.

Despite our hectic days, this can give us the difference in performance and quality of the finished deliverable when it comes to sharing this with others.

One of the key ways to go into a one-task mind is to block all other tasks from your view. Whilst having a list in front of you gives the perspective of what’s ahead for the day — it can fill you with anxiety and an overwhelm of what else needs doing, potentially distracting you from your one task.
