Last Thursday, Aug 17, at the Berlin Borough Council meeting, officers K-9 Radko and Ptl. Palma were presented with a ballistic vest generously donated by the Berlin Rotary Club.

Baseball-themed tree carving in Berlin resident’s yard a home run with neighbors

Resident Rick Williams transformed a decades-old weeping willow on his property into a baseball sculpture. From the tree’s nine-foot trunk, local chainsaw artist/wood sculptor Brian Ackley crafted a bright blue batter and radiant red catcher at home plate.
