Node.js and React.js are both JavaScript-based technologies but they serve different purposes. I have worked on both technologies. NodeJS is a backed-end runtime environment that executes JavaScrit code outside the browser, while ReactJS is a frontend library for building the user interface.

I feel Node.js is easier than React.js. Because Node.js has a simpler architecture and is less reliant on other technologies.

ReactJs use a number of advanced concepts such as virtual DOM and component-based architecture which is more difficult to grasp these concepts for beginners.
