Introduction to Bhuk

Hello peeps ,

As this is our first article , we would like to introduce ourselves to you .

We are few random engineers who struggles to have their food in time . We stay far from home , means we don’t have anyone which make delicious food for us . With the kind of working hours that has to be maintained with the corporate offices , it is very difficult to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner , let’s keep a side the snacks in between .

Of course , we gone through various channels and way to find a person who can help us preparing our day to day food . We faced many challenges,

1. Contacted a few , who are willing to serve but they stay far away from us
2. Few doesn’t know how to cook specific non-vegetarians food
3. Few of them are demanding sky rocketing price which we can’t afford

After all , we compromised and called some of them to start working at our home. . However , we again faced issues

1. They don’t know how to cook specific cuisines , which they have promised while they started working at our home :(
2. They started taking leaves which we can’t even ask to our employers :(
3. They come late , so that they don’t have to cook and they can get a day off
4. Few of them they had to take leave because their son/daughter were fallen sick

Let’s come to other side of the story ,

Cook/chef have their own problems , need , family welfare . As they are part of our social surroundings like us . It is also our responsibility to help them live a better live . To achieve this , we should definitely have mutual respect at both ends .

What we propose ,

1. Let’s create a centralise community of the cook/chef .
2. We should be able to find the cook/chef who will be willing to server and stays near by my home/party .
3. We shouldn’t spend time in finding who stays nearby me , unnecessarily.
4. We should have a clear idea of the cook/chef as a person before we allow the person into our house or parties .

How it can be helpful ,

1. If all the cook/chef stays under one umbrella it’s easier to find the required one at anytime .
2. Every cook , chef deserves to show case their skill talent i.e specialists (paneer butter masala, gobi manchurian, chicken curry etc .), cuisines (Indian , Chinese, Thai etc ), languages ( Hindi , Kannada, Odiya , English etc )
3. Cook/Chef both get to apprise by their respective employers from the past
4. Cook/Chef both get to have a verified profile , so that they can’t be misunderstood being a bad habituated person . It should be clear identity to the world

Most importantly, the cook/chef and the employer who is interested to hire should be able decide on further course of action on TRUE facts . So if all can seat across the table and talk , that’s where we feel the JOB is done .
