Heaven is Legit

Probably one of the biggest parts of the christian faith is what happens after we die. Christians believe that there is a heaven and a hell. We believe that one day Jesus will return and he will create his eternal kingdom!

God wants all of his people to have eternal life. Think back to the garden of Eden, when God first created the earth. There was no sin, no guilt or regret, there was only peace and joy. God wants to restore that happiness for us after we die. Heaven is our garden, it is the place where we can live for the rest of eternity in peace. The only way for us to get there is through faith in Jesus christ. So long as we believe and embrace God in our short lives we have on earth then we will be welcomed into heaven where we can spend eternity in peace.

Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? -John 14:1–2

If you believe in God and that Jesus christ is the son of God then you will be welcomed into heaven. This is what the christian belief is based on, this is what I believe. We will all one day be reunited with God and we will be able to see the new heaven and the new earth. Until then we have to have faith, faith in God and in Jesus christ.
