My team and I are always talking about personification — giving stuff a human identity, be it food or the mother brand itself. Our lead designer especially embodies this in all the creative work that he produces for Binge.

These days, I’ve been meeting people more frequently than normal who’ve asked me what Binge has been up to since its launch eight months ago. While I’ve got fresh dreams, ambitious ideas and higher targets, I’m proud of everything we’ve accomplished so far. And if human professionals can have CVs, there’s no reason a brand can’t.

Here’s a list of stuff we’ve done (or appeared in) outside of efforts that are solely ours. I’ll keep adding to it as we go along.

SodaBottleOpenerWala
Insider

Event: Created the concept for a Persian afternoon tea at Delhi’s first Irani-themed cafe, led by 90s pop icon and culinary artist Anaida Parvaneh.

Digital partner: Insider — a ticketing platform with one of the largest followings — showed very friendly interest in working with us earlier in the year, and ticketed the event for us.

May 2017: Airbnb

One of our most exciting partnerships. Stay tuned for details.

Our strengths: Research, writing, photography, design, videos, identifying cultural identity through food, limited-edition anything.

What we do for recreation: Read, travel, connect with people who think like (or unlike) us, collect (and drink) tea, get foot massages to reward ourselves for productivity.
