Cool Thing of the Week

This past Tuesday, Bird Scooters dropped electric scooters all over Downtown and Homewood. These scooters are meant to solve the “last mile” problem, helping you get to places you don’t want to drive, but are too far to walk. Currently, city officials don’t know what to do with these scooters, with the Homewood Police Department impounding them daily. We’re fans of any technology that helps you get to local restaurants faster, and that makes traveling our unwalkable city more manageable. Free the Birds!
