Restaurant News

All of 5 Points South will be celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day on Saturday, March the 16th! There will be a parade from 1:30–2:30pm up 20th Street. 5 Point Public House will be opening early (at 10:30) and serving a special Irish Pub inspired menu all day. They will also open a pop-up “Irish Pub” called Luckie’s in their loft! Luckie’s will have the same menu, drink specials on Guinness and whiskey, and perfect views of the parade from their elevated patio seating. Both places will have live Irish music acts playing periodically throughout the day.

On Pi Day (3/14), Vecchia is holding a celebration of geometry, circles, and Pi(e) with 10 oz Margherita pizzas for $10 and a special dessert pizza for $3.14.

Both Moss Rock Tacos and Vecchia will be joining in the St. Patrick’s Day fun this Sunday. Specials include $10 lucky green pizzas and $3 green beers at Vecchia and $4 Shamrock margaritas at Moss Rock. For the kids, there will be a free kids’ zone with a bouncy house, yard Jenga, cornhole, and sidewalk chalk.

SoHo Social will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day fundraiser this Thursday, March 14. Tickets are $40 and include 2 drink tickets, food, live and silent auction and live music. All proceeds provide scholarships to Homewood High School students. Link
