On February 20, starting at 6:30pm, Vecchia Pizzeria & Mercato will be hosting a Homemade Mozzarella Class! During this live cooking demonstration, led by Chef Benard and Giuliana Russo-Skinner, all participants will be shown how to make their own mozzarella at home while learning about the history and ancient traditions of this superb Italian dish. Price is $35 + taxes. Tickets include mozzarella demonstration class, lunch buffet, your freshly made mozzarella ball and 1 alcoholic beverage of your choice! Did you know this Saturday is National Margarita Day? Join the celebration at Moss Rock Tacos & Tequila with lots of specials and entertainment! El Toro Margaritas are $4 all day; free chips and salsa all day; tons of free swag; live music; and a live raffle with a Yeti Cooler giveaway!

If you can’t make it to New Orleans, Rojo is the place to be this Fat Tuesday! On Tuesday, February 25, starting at 6:30 pm, celebrate Mardi Gras as Rojo transforms into one BIG party. Enjoy a second line brass band, parades every hour on the hour starting at 7:30pm, a NOLA inspired drink menu featuring Campesino Rum and Tito’s Vodka, a specialty Rojo menu featuring Cajun Cuisine, plenty of beads and SO MUCH MORE! This event is Free but first come, first serve.
