It’s lady’s night!
The women of Insecure gather together for a night out. But after their reservations get canceled, the ladies settle for an intimate night of drinks, joints, and confessions we didn’t see coming.

Molly Recap
While playing “questions in a hat,” Molly excuses herself to take a work call or a Taurean call. The women curiously follow Molly outside and overhear the flirtatious conversation. She has no choice but to confess.
Molly
I adore Molly’s patience this time around. Although she and Taurean aren’t serious yet, I still notice the changes. With Taurean, she’s taking things a lot slower than usual. Molly is usually the type to be ahead of everything. The old her would have ruined the relationship by over-analyzing everything, but she’s a bit more laid back this time around.
Toward the end of the episode, the four women pitch Molly ideas to text Taurean. “I was wondering if you would like to go out for a drink sometime?” Tiffany pitches. “I was wondering if we could get together outside of the office one day?” Issa voices. And Kelli, well, you can guess what she may have said. But if I were to write a message on behalf of Molly, I’d pick Issa’s idea. I don’t think Taurean will reach out first because he might not want Molly to feel uncomfortable. Considering this is a business relationship, Issa’s idea would be the best choice. It’s not too forward, but at the same time, she’s speaking out and telling him how she feels without saying much at all.

Issa shares that although she’s in a relationship with Nathan, she still seeks closure from Lawrence. She ends up calling him.
Issa
I don’t think it’s the closure that she wants. I think she wants Lawrence back on the low. After seeing Lawrence and Condola together, it struck a nerve, and all she can think about is him.
When Nathan finally said I love you, it looked like a weight lifted off Issa’s chest. A sigh of relief. But will those mixed feelings reappear after Lawrence returns Issa’s call? Is Nathans I love you too late?

While dropping off his son, Lawrence and Condola have a conversation about their current situation. Condola shares that she wants Lawrence to be happy.

As much as Issa wants Lawrence, he feels the same way. It’s obvious! As soon as his conversation with Condola, he ran off to call Issa. Who knows what he would say, but he had something to get off his chest.
