Bluzelle Mainnet Goes Live
Today, as of around 00:00 UTC, the Bluzelle Mainnet has taken off!
The mainnet is now live and completes one phase for Bluzelle and we can officially begin the next one. The team is stoked to get here and could not have done it without all the support from the community. We are officially the truly decentralized database that is powered by Tendermint.
Timing for our Mainnet is excellent as the next stage for crypto started at the halving and the world is waking up to the power of this technology. Our main killer app will be Bluzelle Oracles, which you’ll hear about more of this month. Where the prior phase was more R&D, this phase is deployment.
We also have just launched our first $500K grant program to empower the next wave of apps to battle against censorship.
And at the same time we’ll be integrating with the fastest growing blockchain Polkadot and furthering our involvement in the Cosmos ecosystem.

Next Steps
Validators
90% of our Soft Mainnet validators have landed on the Bluzelle Mainnet. If you are a previous validator and have not completed the Mainnet upgrade process, please follow this guide to do so as soon as possible in order to keep all your delegations.
Since the mainnet started running, we are now at the monitoring stage to make sure it is smooth and faultless. We will start accepting new validators to join the Mainnet after 4th February.
Delegators
You can now re-confirm your balance through the BigDipper explorer by entering your Bluzelle wallet address. If you have any issues regarding wrong balance and delegation details, please send us an email with your Bluzelle address by 4th February.
The staking web wallet will be live again on 4th Feb where you can swap between ERC20 BLZ & native BLZ and continue to earn staking rewards. We are also gradually adding more tools and supports, such as mobile wallet, third-party integration to improve the whole staking experience.

Moving Forward
To all those that supported all these years, thanks again. To the new Bluzelle Soldiers who just arrived, welcome. As Dr Dre says, “it’s time for the next episode”.
Our next immediate focus will be onboarding more blockchain & dApps partners to drive utility and create real economic benefits on the Bluzelle Mainnet. In February we are launching the first MVP of our Oracles service as we saw the high demand in Defi. We believe it will lead to high growth for data being stored on our database. We are also working to integrate Bluzelle with Polkadot and other protocols to expand our capability and reach to new developers.
