DAPPCon Berlin

Neeraj was speaking at DappCon in Berlin last Friday. The conference was organized by Gnosis and it provides a learning opportunity for developers who strive to build Ethereum’s core infrastructure and decentralized applications.

A few weeks ago, Bluzelle just released our testnet of the decentralized database (“Lovelace”) which provides support to Ethereum Smart contract and dApps. This conference was just in time for us to showcase our latest product to the dApp developer community and illustrate how we can add value to the Ethereum infrastructure. Neeraj first did a live demo of Lovelace. He then also introduced Bluzelle’s new data economy which allows developers to build products around our tools including data wallets, data marketplaces and decentralized web infrastructure.

Portal Network Hackathon

We were also glad to participate in the Portal Network Hackathon in Korea. Portal Network is the decentralized DNS solution for the new internet.

Bluzelle is one of the partners for this event among other great projects like Wanchain, Noia Network and CoinGecko. We offered a Bluzelle challenge in which dApps can utilize Bluzelle as the data storage solution. Neeraj was also on the judging panel.

Over 50 developers and young entrepreneurs formed teams to solve real-world problems within 24 hrs. Finally, team Kilos Network stood out from all the participants to become the champion of the hackathon. They created a taste matching platform where users can compare their taste, interests with other people. Users are also allowed to customize and exchange their taste table, with all these private data stored securely and reliably in the Bluzelle database.

It was the second time Pavel was invited on the Tech Blog Writer Podcast. Pavel talked about the launch of our decentralized database testnet and how we have attracted over 1000 developers, 30+ blockchain integrations including Qtum, ICON & Wanchain as well as a JD.com collaboration.

“A new data economy is emerging and Bluzelle is at the forefront of helping businesses and individuals to fully control and monetize their data in this revolutionary new world. The number of decentralized projects and App developers that are using the ecosystem right now is testament to this,” said Pavel in the podcast.

Bluzelle Telegram Live ft Quadrant Protocol

Last week, we were honoured to have one of our partners Quadrant Protocol to chat with our Telegram community. Their CEO Mike Davie joined the chat to introduce the latest progress for Bluzelle x Quadrant partnership. After our joint partnership announcement with them back in Apr, they have successfully integrated with Bluzelle’s Lovelace testnet earlier this month.

Quadrant Protocol is about ensuring transparency and accessibility of data supply chain. Their users can utilize Bluzelle’s Lovelace as a storage solution after stamping their data into Quadrant. In other words, producers now have a new and innovative storage solution to use that will still enable them to prove the authenticity of their data products. It’s still early days for the integration, and we will be working hard to improve this integration and ensure optimal performance.
