5 Reasons to Read the Amazon Bestseller Book Silent Fires by Poojitha G Prasad
There’s something satisfying about the best crime suspense and murder mystery books. The murder mysteries are inherently terrifying, which makes these stories part horror fiction and part puzzle. You can feel the danger of murder looming in the background while also having the satisfaction of solving the crime in the foreground of the story. The reader knows that in the end, whether or not he or she is caught, the criminal with its motto will at least be identified.
Recently, I had the chance to grab and read a new crime thriller novel: Silent Fires by Poojitha G Prasad, also an Amazon Bestseller. It was quite a riveting read. I really enjoyed reading this novel and now I am going to discuss why you must also try it once.
1. Language:
It wasn’t the debut book of the author, as expected she not only evolved with authoring skills but also shined. Poojitha’s narration is simple and straightforward; however, by using a technique of partial flashback, she mastered this book into something absolute bestseller. Language usage makes up half of the book — if it’s good and valid. Well, this book was well-written. I had no difficulty reading this book.
2. Narration and Pace of the Novel:
Since it was crime suspense with many characters, the author had really dug hard to place things and characters at specific places. The backdrop was sort of premeditated but it didn’t affect the idiosyncrasies of the characters and climaxes. Because of all that the narration and pace of the book moved at a likeable speed. No too much formal langue, it was rather lucid. Efforts from the author were great indeed.
3. Family history and bad deeds matter:
Family history and deeds matter in all sorts of crime suspense novels. Well in this novel the case was of a wife of a celebrity. She goes missing and her husband Arun Chandra, the film hero, was desperate to get her back but behind the glory of fame there was a curtain that hid such dark secrets that readers will be shocked at the findings.
4. Sub Themes and Mini Climaxes:
To get aplenty sub themes and climaxes, one needs to read riveting crime thriller novels. Yes, true, in this book, I found sub themes and mini climaxes after every couple of pages, the stuff was laced with unexpected twists and turns that romanticized my heart.
5. Length of the Book:
Yes, this matters. I specially avoid books like ‘The Complete Works of this and that Great Writer’. Sorry, I am not doing any research. I love to read books that are easy to finish. This book holds medium length chapters. The author managed to finish this interesting book with fast-paced narration.
