How to ship your best work without getting stuck in the perfection trap. If you’re at all like me, you’ve got trouble finishing what you start. There are many reasons: impostor syndrome, perfectionism, squirrel brain, fear, and good old shame.
One of the best ways to combat all these issues and dampen them (they never disappear), is to work quickly and work daily.
Aim your sites on one project at a time. Divide it into chunks. Then divide those chunks into stupid-easy chunks. Commit to a certain work window daily. Say, 1 hour. Finish an entire chunk or two. Then don’t look back.
