Start your emails in the middle of the action.
In thrillers we call this ‘opening with a bang.’
The first sentence or two should make the reader think, “What’s going on?” “What happens next?” “How will this apply to me?”
You don’t have to jump out of a plane or save a child from a burning building to start with a bang. Just drop and open-loop and close it throughout the rest of your email.
